  • To make outbound calls to customers to complete and upsell product applications
  • To achieve and exceed given daily and monthly targets
  • To follow up with customers when necessary, resolving problems
  • To own and complete assigned customer lists and ensure conversion and success rates are met
  • Maintain a positive working environment and be a team player
  • Meet the KPIs set by the management team
  • Ensure all outbound calls are attended to in a professional and courteous manner
  • Attend to other ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements :
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in a sales environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and selling skills
  • Must be an excellent team player
