DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Prepares work to accomplished by gathering information and requirements; setting priorities
  • Prepares construction budget by studying home plans; updating specifications; identifying and projecting costs for each elevation
  • Evaluate offers to purchase by costing changes, additions and site requirements
  • Obtains bids from vendor and sub-contractors by specifying materials; identifying qualified sub-contractors, negotiating price
  • Maintains cost keys and price masters by updating information
  • Resolves cos discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
  • Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards
  • Maintains continuity among corporate, division and local work term by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshop; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needs
 
Requirements :
 
  • At least a Degree in Quantity Survey, Civil Engineering or relevant
  • At least 2 years of Singapore-based Quantity Surveyor experience in the Oil/ Gas, Plant Construction
  • At least min 2 years  experience at similar position
  • Strong calculating, analyzing and   interpersonal skill
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably in another Asian Language (e.g. Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu and Bengali)
  • Team oriented, attentive to detail, ability to handle stress
  • Willing travel/ relocate within short notice period
