    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
    • Required skill(s): communication skill, Customer Service And Relationship Management.
    • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
    • Full-Time position(s) available.
    • Manages and organizes the customer service team whose mission is to ensure smooth and efficient visitor registration process and other activities related to visitors and tenants and their interaction with the department various section.
    • Developing Tenancy and Customer Service procedure, policies and standard to ensure Tenants and visitors are properly assisted.
    • Providing general information related to building facilities, safety and security for all tenants prior to their opening.
    • Maintain yearly budget and to ensure expensed in daiy bases.
    • Have experience to work for Premium Building - Apartement, Office or Retail is a plus

    Sangat sesuai apabila ingin mengembangkan skill dan ilmu Lingkungan kantor yang bersih dan nyaman.

    Cons

    Kisaran gaji relatif rendah. Bobot pekerjaan yang tinggi menuntut pegawai untuk bekerja dengan keras.

    Advice to Management

    Pengajuan status karyawan tetap relatif sulit. Karyawan kontrak tidak mendapat tunjangan kesehatan yang menjamin keluarga. Benefit/fasilitas yang didapatkan relatif minim.
