    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Human Resource Management, Science & Technology or equivalent.
    • Required skill(s): php script, hris administration, Hris Structures.
    • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Selatan.
    • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
    • Full-Time position(s) available.
    Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for recruitment and staffing process based on HRIS
    • Manage Human Resource administration on HRIS
    • Maintain all Human Resource daily activities on HRIS
    • To ensure the implementation of Human Resource information system, policy, and procedures throughout the company.
    • Responsible for HRIS related with leave, compensation and benefit, attendance, promotion, ect
    • To maintain HRIS performance appraisal, training and development for all employees

    Requirements:
    • Max Age 35 years old, having at least 5 years experiences as HRIS specialist with last position in Supervisor/Asst Manager level
    • Knowledge & understanding about Human Resource Information System & Php script
    • Computer literacy, good in English both verbal and written
    • Able to communicate effectively and building a good relationship with all level of employees in organization
    • Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
    • Driving license (SIM A) is a must

    Kesimpulan Review

    Pros
    • Perusahaan sangat memperhatikan karyawannya dengan memberikan gaji yang terbilang lumayan besar dan pemberian tunjangan yang baik. Penerapan worklife balance juga sudah baik.
    • Perusahaan memberikan jaminan kesehatan kepada karyawan dan keluarganya berupa BPJS, upah yang diberikan juga lumayan besar sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan karyawan.
    Cons
    • Jenjang karir yang tidak jelas, nilai perusahaan yang kurang diterapkan secara maksimal dan sistem manajemen yang tertutup kepada seluruh karyawan.
    • Worklife balance perusahaan masih kurang baik, jenjang karir juga tidak jelas dan sistem manajemen yang berlaku masih belum efisien sehingga perlu dibuat perubahan.
