  • Business review with customers to show our best level of partnership.
  • Minimize the cost and maximize sales & profit growth for the company.
  • Analyze and set the strategy for each customer, including competitors analysis.
  • Present to customers and get listing with proper merchandising support.
  • Develop annual promotional calendar for each customer with break through ideas.
  • Analyze Electronic Data Integrate to understand consumer off-take and reflect to sales forecast.
  • Gather market info during store check and meeting with customers, and share with Marketing or other relevant team for necessary follow up actions.
Requirement :
  • Degree holder in Sales & Marketing or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years experiences in modern trade sales operation
  • Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) is a must
  • Experience managing 3rd party team leader & SPG
  • Self-initiative, highly independent to perform the activities and understanding of the channel structure, market and customers
  • Strong in analytical skills, flexible thinking and self-motivated
  • Good command of written and spoken English
