REQUIREMENTS:

  • Age max. 35 years old
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Management or equivalent from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft software (Ms Office)
  • At least min 3 years working as Staff Payroll in trading company
  • Responsible for supporting and updating Salary and Payroll Negotiation
  • Proficient with compensation, tax regulation (pph21), health insurance (including BPJS) and HR performance management
  • Familiarity with PKB and HR databased (HRIS/HRMS)
  • Solid Analytical and Conceptual Thinking
  • Has knowledge of Human Resources & General Affairs planning and information
  • Hard worker, good communication skills, open attitude and willingness to constantly learn new things and adapt to a changing reality
  • Ability to work collaboratively and team oriented environment
  • Willing to be located in Sales Office, Bintaro ( South Jakarta )
