- Develop & implement strategy and plan for the whole regional sales accordance with overall channel strategy and each customer to deliver sales target.
- Prepareaccurate sales forecast.
- Drive market development and enhance share of shelf in his/her account.
- Build strong & commited customer relationship to local/area trade account.
- Oversee team management & coordination with head office team and your team.
- Responsible for the over-all generation of sales of assigned account : Sales Report, Monthly AR Report, etc.
- Supervision work to subordinate.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Required language(s) : English & Bahasa Indonesia.
- At least 3 years of working experiences in Traditional & Modern Trade Channel FMCG/electricity industry
- Passion in sales, customer oriented.
- High level of Sales Management, negotiational and influencing skills.
- Ability to read and analyse market trends.
- Preferably Manager level specializing in Sales - General, Modern & Traditional Market/Trade.
