Job Description :
 
  • Develop & implement strategy and plan for the whole regional sales accordance with overall channel strategy and each customer to deliver sales target.
  • Prepareaccurate sales forecast.
  • Drive market development and enhance share of shelf in his/her account.
  • Build strong & commited customer relationship to local/area trade account.
  • Oversee team management & coordination with head office team and your team.
  • Responsible for the over-all generation of sales of assigned account : Sales Report, Monthly AR Report, etc.
  • Supervision work to subordinate.
 
Job Requirements :
 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Required language(s) : English & Bahasa Indonesia.
  • At least 3 years of working experiences in Traditional & Modern Trade Channel FMCG/electricity industry
  • Passion in sales, customer oriented.
  • High level of Sales Management, negotiational and influencing skills.
  • Ability to read and analyse market trends.
  • Preferably Manager level specializing in Sales - General, Modern & Traditional Market/Trade.
