  • Manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource store.
  • Manages the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs.
  • The HR Generalist Executive carries out responsible in the following functional areas: departmental development, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational develpment, and employment
Requirements:
  • Maximum age of 30 years old.
  • Minimum 2 Years experience in HR Generalist.
  • Hold bachelor degree  from psychology, law, or equivalent.
  • Excellent computer literate and good in handling administration.
  • Able to deliver training and coaching  will  be beneficial.
  • Good knowledge about rules regulations of government labor.
  • Having good interpersonal skill and human relation skill.
  • Fast learner, ta king initiative and communicative person.
  • Self-confident, well adapted and mature.
  • Willing to be place at Tangerang.
