    Customer Care Representative in Indonesia - Your future position?
    Being one of Customer Care team in Givaudan, a company leader in the fragrance and flavour industry, you will be the central link between the customer, operations and sales team to ensure customers’ needs are met in the most efficient and cost-effective way. You will report directly to Fragrance Customer Care Manager, based in Cimanggis – Bogor. In this exciting role you also will:
    • Manage sales order process from receipt of order through to shipment for assigned customers and affiliates
    • Regularly follow up and check the order progress status to make sure all orders are delivered on time
    • Resolve issues and handle customer complaints internally and externally
    • Confirm pricing, inventory availability and provide ship date information
    • Arrange transportation with forwarders or shipping/freight team, manage process for dealing with International orders including inspection and shipping documentation requirements where relevant
    • Update and maintain accurate customer records, including customer specific information, contracts, labelling, packaging and stock requirements

    Your professional profile includes:
    • Bachelor degree or Diploma from any major
    • 1-2 years’ experience in the same fields, similar industry preferred
    • Excellent in Communication & Negotiation Skills
    • Fluent in English
    • Having experience in using SAP
    • Strong player, should be able to work under pressure and less supervision
