ABOUT THE JOB
Human Resource Personnel is a division in MEMORY Furniture under the Human Resource Department. The Human Resource Personnel division handle personnel matters such as employee records, attendance, discipline, industrial relations, employee benefit, and industrial relation. This division has a representative in each office location of MEMORY Furniture.
- Monitor all employees related to discipline and absence
- Handle attendance and overtime record and calculation
- Coach and counsel employee
- Register all employees to BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, Health Insurance
- File all employees document
- Facilitate sports activities regularly
- Handling Industrial Relation
- Age between 22 - 26
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law, Human Resource Management, Economic or equivalent
- Have at least 1 year experience in HR Operations/Payroll/ Compensation & Benefit
- Must have excellent capability in Ms. Office
- Possess Excellent communication skills
- Good command in English
- Good with number and database administrator
- Highly motivated, energetic and have a good personality
- Must be able to work in high paced and high pressure environment
- Willing to work in TANGERANG
