  • Responsible to make sure high quality standard of good production and actively source and create recipe
  • Ensure all food raw materials for planned menu 
  • Age maximum 35 years old
  • Diploma or degree from recognized Hospitality
  • At least 4 years experience in similar position at 4 or 5 stars hotel
  • Having experiences in Western Food
  • Strong in commercial kitchen/production operation & management
  • Guest satisfaction oriented with effective complaint handling
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Team work oriented & Good leadership skill with quality of developing people
  • Honest, dynamic, energetic and open minded
  • Ready to work on flexible hours and hard worker 
  • Well understanding in food & beverage costing and food safety (HACCP)
  • Placement for Jabodetabek
