Marketing Communication Specialist



    Roles & Responsibility
    • Develop & implement marketing communications concepts, tools and channels to meet corporate & business objectives through traditional & digital channels
    • Work hand in hand with all product lines to develop the content and ensure it is in-line with the updated local regulation
    • Accomodate external stakeholders (partners) requirements within company’s guidelines & business agreement
    • Measure the effectiveness of marketing communications initiatives through relevant & approved measurement method
    • Establish & develop copy for all corporate, internal and marketing communications collaterals including speeches, press releases, advertisements, advertorials, media interview responses, etc.
    • Develop and update corporate and marketing materials such as company profile, sales manual and product brochures to ensure the key messages are leveraged effectively
    • Develop, organize and execute the corporate & product line events to promote Chubb’s extensive capabilities effectively
    • Manage and update the corporate website content as the web content editor to showcase Chubb adequately in this medium
    • Assess advertising, digital marketing and sponsorship opportunities for brand awareness
    • Support all product lines in their business development activities (i.e new clients acquisition, new business initiations, new product launching, sales pitch, etc.) by providing comprehensive marketing communications campaign roadmaps
    • Daily media monitoring on top tier local media
    • Manage, develop and establish the internal communications tools to facilitate the local information cascade process including internal email blast, internal poster/gimmick, townhall, local newsletter and regional newsletter
    Education & Experience:
    • Minimum bachelor's degrees in communications, public relations, marketing or other relevant diciplines
    • Minimum 5 years experiences in Marketing & Communications / Corporate Communications / Public Relations / Brand Management
    • 12 months Contract based 
    Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
    • Strong written/copywriting and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia & English
    • Proficient in managing digital marketing initiatives and familiar with content management system
    • Exceptional organizational, project, budget and time management skills with excellent attention to detail through relevant campaign channels
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects to completion and within deadlines with high level of initiative
    • Works well independently and in team settings
    • Strong computer skills with high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
