Job Description
  • Deliver annual sales volume target allocated to the channel
  • Setup annual joint-business plan and quarterly review and define annual operation calendar with MT customer key accounts to ensure delivering the annual target sales
  • Gather regular feedback from MT customers in regards with business achievement and process improvement. Taking follow up actions to related stakeholders both internal and external 
  • Work with related agencies for in-store branding and services via SPM/SPG to win shopper
 
Job Requirements
 
1. Having good knowledge in Sales (Preferably in Modern Trade)
2. Min 2 years experience in Painting/Building Material/ FMCG Industry
3. Highly motivated, team player & have a strong interpersonal skills
4. Possess good communication skill & negotiation skill
