DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible in managing agents, bank partner & GA Allowance compensation including :
  • Processing agency force and bank partner’s compensation twice a month, and to ensure that accuracy and timely of the commissions before it’s sent to the banks
  • To ensure that all commission is properly reconciled and sign off by management before the payments sent to banks.
  • Preparing monthly loan reconciliation report for accounting and follow up for a long outstanding balance with RADD and ADS
  • Propose for a write off sign off (clean up the account) for any long outstanding balance and terminated agents or / and  outstanding balance for non performing loan / advance
  • Update the agency compensation flow chart for any new changes in agency compensation process & payments
  • Proactive to give advise / initiative for an efficiency process in agency compensation
  • Responsible to give a service to agent through MASS / FC for any complaints from agency forces for commission, bonuses, LTI, etc.
  • Regularly provide commission reconciliation report to avoid outstanding issue from Internal / External auditor
  • Responsible in preparing outstanding licensing fee to AAJI and do a proper analysis to alert management team
  • Involve / in charge in any new agency compensation project.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree qualified (S1, S2), with strong commitment towards obtaining a relevant professional qualification
  • Candidates should have at 3 year relevant experience – Life Insurance experiences are preferred.
  • Has a strong ability to apply logical and critical thinking to resolve problems
  • Strong numerical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Candidates should have good interpersonal skill, English writing and speaking
