Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor degree of Computer Science/IT, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
• Min. 1-2 years working experience in related fields (Technical & Helpdesk Support) or equivalent
• Able to work in team and independently
• Able to work in shifting every weekends and official holidays
• Good understanding about the e-commerce
• Excellent in analyze and Good communication skills both oral and written

Responsibilities:

• Helps that suggested solutions effectively resolve to the customer service’s problems through verbal or email follow up
• Escalation inquiry service/capable to solve issue for each supporting team as necessary
