Job Description:
• Developing strategy and activation plan (short & long term) for customer programs (engagement and acquisition (cross-sell/upsell program)
• As Customer Experience (CX) evangelist in the company which applies for all business requirement (cross division)
• Generate affinity partnership in order to add benefit for any product/ service offers for customers
• Initiate new ideas to enhance the whole customer journey especially relates to communication, programs and journey
Job Qualification:
  • Min. Bachelor Degree
  • Min. 5 years experience in Marketing/Customer Programs
  • Microsoft Office literate, adobe software program literate & data procesing
  • Customer segmentation, build strategy, program for cutomer relationship & engagement
  • Have experience of build culture in company
  • Data processing capability (to be translated as insight for the whole company)
