    We are looking for Technical Support Engineers to provide enterprise level technical support to our customers via phone, web, email, chat or other support channel as required. This is a 3rd level deployment IT Software Engineer role and will work within our regional Client Support Hub and based in Jakarta.
    • Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
    • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
    • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
    • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
    • Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
    • Prepare accurate and timely reports
    • Document knowledge in the form of knowledge-based tech notes and articles
    • Assist on-boarding of new merchants by checking programming code for integration, creation of merchant ID (MID)
    • Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
    • Proven working experience in enterprise technical support
    • Shift work is required and there will be good allowances
    • Familiar with PHP & Amazon Web Services
    • Knowledge of additional programming language like Java
    • Basic knowledge of Unix/Linus systems, utilities and scripting
    • Strong problem solving skills
    • Excellent client-facing skills and communication skills
    • Excellent command of written and spoken English is required
    • Additional language skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai would be advantgeous
