    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    Reporting to the Operations Director, you will assist in planning, budgeting, managing and implementing all the operational and logistics aspects of the assigned exhibitions and events. You are to manage floor plans, layouts, manuals and working with exhibitors to ensure the assigned event's success. You are responsible to plan, negotiate, work with and supervise the performance of vendors, stand contractors, freight forwarders, utilities and other suppliers to ensure the smooth operations and to liaise with venue owners, government and other key agencies as required for permits, approvals and coordination. You are also required to coordinate with exhibitors on operational services and support. You will be assisting in the management of ground and daily operations activities as well as provide administrative support on-site.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS
    -Degree from a recognised university
    -At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the exhibitions industry
    -Strong operations/technical aptitude, logistics planning and implementation, detailed-minded and able to multi-task under time pressure
    -Good problem solver, creative and resourceful, proactive, meticulous, good follow-through and a team player
    -Excellent written and spoken communication skills in fluent English
    -Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
    -Able to travel overseas, when required
    -Working location - Jakarta
