DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Communication with management, business development and another team to discuss procedures and projects specification
  • Direct review and approve product design and changes
  • Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for the technical work that will be done at the Department of engineering
  • Planning and monitoring directly in the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, improvements, facilities and equipment
  • Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates
  • Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications
  • Manages staffing, development, and performance management programs for engineering teams; manages, motivates, and develops project and team leaders
 
Requirements:
 
  • Minimum 40 years old
  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering
  • At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering at EPC or construction company
  • Having good negotiation and communication skill
  • Active in English both oral & written
  • Full-Time position(s) available

Selama saya bekerja di sini, banyak hal baru yang bisa saya pelajari setiap harinya. Jenjang karirnya juga cukup terbuka bagi yang berprestasi baik.

Cons

Dari segi kesejahteraan karyawannya masih tergolong kurang. Tidak ada tunjangan untuk keluarga. Work life balancenya juga perlu diperbaiki lagi karena masih berat sebelah.
