DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

This person has to maintain an efficient office environment, be the face and the voice of our company by:
  • Answering incoming calls, forwarding or taking messages
  • Answer the door
  • Responsible for ingoing & outgoing mail
  • Arrange local and overseas courier shipments
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to others
 
Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor degree (Minimum) from secretarial, business, and or any other related background
  • 2 years working experience (Minimum) in the same job function (Property background will be an advantage) 
  • A self starter and highly motivated individual with high level of accountability
  • Good personal and interpersonal skills
  • An organized person and a team player
  • Proficient English will be an advantage
