Job Description:
- Seeking individual with track record of managing sales team for retail banking product (e.g., Insurance)
Job Responsibilities include:
- Manage and coach Citi Financial Specialist in offering Insurance product to clients
- Close monitoring and daily tracking of all sales related activities
- Coordinate and drive Insurance prospect results
- Work with AIA for sales strategy planning, sales training and sales process from country perspective
- Provide suggestion in product design and packaging
- Ensure all related Insurance sales activities are conducted within the approval compliance
Qualifications:
- High Integrity
- Minimum 3-5 years in sales management experience in Bancassurance or Banking industry
- Candidate should exhibit outstanding leadership and management skills
- Candidate should possess excellent service and working attitude, able to perform under pressure, and is sales driven and able to motivate and coach actively
- Candidate should be strategic in thinking and meticulous and disciplined in execution
