DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Overall responsibility for all sales channels across direct sales and tele sales

  • Direct management of the unified sales (assets) team across direct sales & tele-sales of 700 + sales people

  • Ensure right sizing of the direct sales team to ensure new customer acquisitions

  • Responsibility for driving the right deployment strategy to ensure the right deployment of direct sales

  • Devise the right referral programs to ensure a cost effective sourcing strategy

  • Ensure the Cost per acquisition for new customers is as per agreed metrics

  • Work closely with the cards product team to lead the digital migration of new customer acquisitions

  • Manage the organization with the right structure and right people placement to deliver business results

  • Coordinate with regional office to work on new initiatives and strategic regional projects

  • Minimize attrition of sales force & keep it below 30%

  • Maintain a keen focus on productivity for both tele-sales and direct sales & ensure a minimum 10% year on year increase

  • Utilization of tools such as auto-dialer to increase the productivity of the tele-sales teams

  • Ensure the entire tele-sales platform is on auto-dialer

  • Implementation of propensity models to ensure sharpness of targeting

  • Right-sizing of the tele-sales team with the use of productivity enhancing tools such as auto-dialer and propensity models

  • Ensure that there is tight control over expense management

  • Ensure audit readiness and strong controls at all times and secure successful audit results

  • Ensure high compliance and regulatory standards as well as high levels of customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction

  • Ensure a culture of One-Sell is embraced across the sales organization

 
 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent experience

  • 10+ years of experience, with relevant knowledge and experience in the financial industry including Retail Banking

  • Strong understanding of both local regulations  and Citi credit and compliance policies

  • Strong sales management skills

  • Relevant experience in a sales leadership role

  • Successful in growing business through strategies leveraging digital techniques and technologies

  • Strong command of both spoken and written skills

  • Ability to drive and motivate large teams

  • Deal comfortably with a highly complex function, multiple aspects of business and matrix structure

  • Translate business strategy to detailed processes with high attention to details

  • Leverage partnership and influencing skills to resolve multiple and quite often conflicting objectives

  • Good communications, collaboration, relationship and negotiation skills

  • Drive results and accountability

  • Develop talent and build great teams
