DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Job Summary :

to execute and support technical application analyst team in delivering digital experience and driving digital value.

Key Responsibilities :

  • to do business impact analysis on all new/enhanced application deployment

  • to control, organize, and monitor system maintenance activities

  • to provide necessary troubleshooting and production supports when breakdown occurs

  • to liaise with external training vendor and HRD in enhancing associate's soft and hard skills

Job Requirements :

  • Education :
    • Bachelor Degree in Information System, Computer Science or System Technology

  • Experience :
    • 3 to 4 years experience as IT Business Analyst specially in digital area

    • experience in the project of websites and mobile applications development in financial services industry

    • experience in Agile methodology is an advantage

    • experience in design tools such as Adoble Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver or Flash

  • Skills & Knowledge :
    • Good business acumen

    • Excellent business analysis skill on understanding on software development life cycle

    • Strong analytical skill

    • Good communication skill, both spoke and written

    • Proficiency in English

    Banyak event yang memotivasi karyawan untuk bisa lebih semangat lagi pada saat bekerja. Selain itu, benefitnya cukup banyak dan cukup menunjang.
    Cons
    Kenaikan gaji yang tidak bisa memberikan kepuasan bagi karyawan, karena jumlahnya jauh dari harapan. Banyak agent-agent kadang sangat tidak bersahabat.
