Job Summary :
To be responsible for sales target achievement through broker channel and maintain a good relationship with MNC and local broker/ clients
Key responsibilities :
- To build kind cooperation and coordination with brokers/ clients
- To convince that all activities based on priority and business necessary
- To be responsible for achieving targets which have been agreed
- To give solution for problem/ complaint occurred in the team
- To convince that existing system and procedure have been implemented and done well, based on AIAF compliance
- To work together positively with other department for achieving whole company's aim
- To be proactive in developing knowledge and skill for supporting implementation of duty and self-development in the future
Job requirements :
- Educations :
- Bachelor Degree in any majors
- Experience :
- 5 to 7 year of corporate sales experiences in Insurance industry with proven result
- Skills and Knowledge :
- Strong knowledge about insurance industry & having Insurance Professional Certifications is preferred
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical abilities
- Highly flexible, innovative and creative, able to deal with different responsibilities and tasks simultaneously
- Results driven and customer focus
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good command in English, both verbal and written
