    Our opportunity
    • We are looking for Legal Manager that will help the business to be compliance to Indonesian regulation and law
     
    Your role
     
    As a Legal Manager your main responsibilities will involve
    • Reviewing all Zurich's legal document 

    • Providing legal advice for the business

    • Representing Zurich to the regulator

    Your Skills and Experience
     
    As a Legal Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
    • Bachelor degree, law major

    • Min 5 years experience in legal functions

    • Sound knowledge on Indonesian Insurance law

    Pros
    • Merupakan perusahaan yang sudah cukup dikenal di Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang asuransi. Perusahaan ini juga cukup memperhatikan kesejahteraan karyawannnya.
    • Jika dibandingkan dengan perusahaan asuransi lainnya, perusahaan ini mampu memberikan kesejahteraan yang lebih baik. Di antaranya benefit yang diberikan di tempat ini tergolong besar.
    Cons
    • Manajemen perusahaannya masih bisa lebih ditingkatkan lagi. Di samping itu, untuk struktur organisasinya sebaiknya dibuat lebih simpel lagi agar karyawan mengerti tiap-tiap job descnya.
    • Budaya kerja yang kurang baik karena masih membedakan perlakuan terhadap karyawannya berdasarkan rasnya. Atasannya masih menggunakan sistem like dan dislike dalam mengevaluasi kinerja bawahannya.
