    • At least seven years in logistics/transportation experience in freight forwading industry
    • Has strong leadership, good analytical and  problem solving skills
    • Willing to work under pressure

    Responsibilities:
    • Planning truck routes and load scheduling for multiple-drop deliveries
    • Booking in deliveries and leasing with customers
    • Allocation and recording resources and movements on the transportation planning system
    • Ensuring all partners in the supply chain are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations
    • Communicating effectively with customers and responding to their requirements
    • Booking sub-contractors and ensuring they deliver within agreed terms
    • Trucking vendor management experience
    • Driver control & management
    • Maintenance control & management
    • Workshop control & management

    Deskripsi Perusahaan

    PT Berkat Subuh Transpor We involves the transportation of freight in an intermodal container or vehicle, using multiple modes of transportation (rail, ship, and truck), without any handling of the freight itself when changing modes. The method reduces cargo handling, and so improves security, reduces damage and loss, and allows freight to be transported faster. Reduced costs over road trucking is the key benefit for intra continental use, as well as reduced greenhouse gas emissions. This may be offset by reduced timings for road transport over shorter distances.

    Lokasi kantor yang dekat dengan rumah sehingga tidak memakan waktu saat kita pergi berangkat kerja begitu saat pulang, jenjang karir tebilang cukup transparan dan baik.

    Cons

    Loyalitas dari karyawan di tuntunt oleh perusahaan sedangkan tidak ada pemenuhan kewajiban perusahaan dalam mensejahterakan karyawannya belum lagi beban pekerjaan cukup terbilang berat.
