    Main Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Branch Office Operational
    • Monitor Sales, Ops, CS, FAD, General Team
    • Meet target and goal from Management
    • Problem solving
    • Coordinate with internal department to make sure lifting target achieved and all shipment will deliver to destination smoothly without any internal problem: Transhipment time, BL, free time and equipment control.
    • Day to day assignment by Management
    • Candidates domicile must be in SEMARANG

    QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

    Education:

    • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, Transport, Shipping or related field

    Working  Experience:

    • Five years of progressively responsible professional work experience at national and international level in logistics, export and import inquiries especially from shipping line

    Competencies:

    • Proven ability to conceptualize, innovate, plan and execute ideas and systems
    • Ability to clearly and concisely express ideas and concepts in written and oral form
    • Proven ability to plan, manage and monitor the effective use and safekeeping of fixed assets and financial resources
    • Good analytical, problem solving and negotiating skills with customers
    • Good Leadership
    • Excellent organizational skill and best coordination

    Languages:

    • Bahasa, English is a must , Mandarin will be an advantage

    Others:

    • Age : 37 – 40 years old
