Relationship Manager (Consumer Banking - Balikpapan)

    Role purpose:

    This role will be responsible for leading and growing the consumer business division, understanding customer needs and actively educating existing and potential customers about ANZ banking products. The person in this role needs to have a good understanding of bank distribution channels and able to grow the business through new customer acquisition, building and maintaining networks.
    This role is for ANZ Balikpapan Branch, East Kalimantan
    About you:

    To be successful in this role, you will need to:
    • Have proven track record of exceeding sales targets in commercial field
    • Possess good knowledge in consumer banking
    • Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills
    • Holds AAJI and WAPERD Certification
    • Candidates with tertiary qualification in a business related field will be preferred

    Kesimpulan Review

    • Perusahaan memberikan tunjangan yang sudah cukup menjamin kehidupan para pegawai yang bekerja di bank ANZ. Perusahaan juga memberi upah lembur.
    • Gaji yang kompetitif mengikuti grade. Dengan jenjang karir yang ada kepastiannya. Lingkungan kerja yang terasa kekeluargaan. Ada gaji pokok untuk telemarketing.
    • Sistem pengangkatan pegawai untuk menjadi pegawai tetap di bank ANZ masih memusingkan, karena ada beberapa pegawai masih belum diangkat menjadi pegawai tetap padahal mereka sudah lumayan lama bekerja di sini.
    • Fasilitas dari kantor yang kurang mencukupi dan yang ada sudah uzur. Banyak karyawan telemarketing yang masih outsourcing membuat kontrak kerja mereka tidak jelas.
