An integrated Management Program aim to accelerate the development of ERAJAYA future leader which enables greater talent mobility within Retail bussiness
SRDP is designed to maximize external talent potential through various insightful program and activities. Through On The Job Training (OJT), they are prepared to assume challenging responsibility and business leadership role.
SRDP contains a comprehensive formal training and development program which equip future leader with basic way of working in Retail and DIstribution (Mobile phone) Industry.
 
 
Requirement :
  • University Graduated class 2015/2016 (Fresh Garduate are welcome to apply)
  • Strong involvement in organization activities with strong leadership
  • Open minded with passion in Retail and gadget industry
  • Ready to be place national and international outlet/branch with operational retail working hours.
  • Respon to challenge and continues improvement
  • Strive exellence and high willingness to learn 
  • ​High initiative and good Analysis and Team Work

The mobile phones are supplied by recognized principals such as Acer, Apple, BlackBerry, Dell, HTC, LG, Motorola, Nokia, Huawei, Samsung, Sony as well as our own brand, Venera. Our mobile operator partners include Axis, Esia, Excelcomindo, Indosat, and Telkomsel amongst others. The Group’s network covers all major Indonesian markets, including the more established markets of the islands of Java, Sumatra and Bali and the emerging markets in East Indonesia, including, among others, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, and Papua.

    Perusahaan yang cukup royal kepada stafnya dalam hal pemberian bonus. Sistem kerjanya juga cukup fleksibel dan tidak terlalu kaku seperti perusahaan pada umumnya.
    Cons
    Jenjang karir di perusahaan ini masih tergolong sulit. Selain itu, tingkat kedisiplinan beberapa pegawainya masih terbilang kurang dan harus ditingkatkan lagi agar terlihat lebih profesional.
