    Job Description

    We are looking for a Community Manager to act as our Ambassador and Facilitator to the general public. Responsibilities are:

    • Manage the operations including, but not limited to, facilitating member sign ups and member retention programs and benefits
    • Develop and implement strategies for fostering our community by understanding our target market and engaging them
    • Plan and organize events with third parties and/or members on a regular weekly/monthly basis to establish and foster the community spirit
    • Maintain good relationships with external parties (relevant industry leaders and influencers) and current and prospective members to build up our community and membership base
    • Develop and execute our online and social media strategy via various social media and other online platforms
    • Coordinate and lead all our public relations activities and press releases
    • Prepare forecasted and actual budgeting reports based on expenditures and revenues

    The Successful Applicant should have:

    • 2-3 years experience in event management (talk shows/social events/conferences)
    • Marketing, communication, business or related degree or professional qualification. ¬†Minimum S1 degree required
    • Fluency in written and spoken English preferred
    • Strong personal network and relevant experience in dealing with the media
    • Passion for new technologies and social media
    • Energetic, driven, outgoing, social with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Past experience at other coworking venues will be an added advantage
