JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Identifies current system strengths and weaknesses to give suggests areas of improvement
  • Reviews and edits requirements specifications business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution
  • Develops functional specifications and system design specifications base on user’s expectation
  • Ensures issues are identified tracked reported on and resolved in a timely manner
  • Liaise with related division to identify required changes and manages user’s expectations effectively if required
  • Delivers informative well-organized presentations
  • Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
  • Troubleshooting and debugging of reliability breaks
  • Interacting with related users customers and vendors for implementation issues

 

EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :

  • Age: 26-35
  • Gender: Male/female
  • Education: Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Information System or equivalent
  • Language: English Intermediate Level
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in Microsoft AX environment
  • Well versed in Dynamics AX (2009 is must, 2012 will be desirable)
  • Expert in Morph X++ and familiarity with MS SQL Server 2005 or above
  • Should have at least 2-3 full cycle implementations in AX and support Projects
  • Should be capable of working in a Process oriented environment
  • Quickly understand the business issues and data challenges of client's organization and industry
  • Experience in retail industry
