Based in South Jakarta

 

Job Description :

  • Responsible for giving the best service to the members or customers
  • Give the update information to customers related to update marketing plan clearly
  • Serves customer by providing service information; resolving service problem
  • Handling customer complaints and following up to all related parties accordingly
  • Supporting administrative things related to policy data changes and maintain report to all parties
  • Supporting Administration Leader to prepare training in area

Requirement :

  • Female, Age 20 - 30 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office
  • Excellent Communication skill in English, both oral and written in advantage
  • Willing to work under pressure and target oriented
  • Willing to work overtime
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Jakarta
  • Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
