Job Responsibilities

  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies for School Business, deal requirements, potential, and financials evaluating options resolving internal priorities recommending equity investments
  • Developing and negotiating contracts integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Responsible for financials and enrolment performance in meeting budget, assets and resource management towards maximising market share and market penetration rate
  • To develop current business in order to achieve continued growth and profitability
  • To develop new courses and new business in order to achieve continued growth and profitability
  • Operations of centres including high standard of customer service, quality check, quality assurance, compliance with regulatory authorities
  • Curriculum including quality standards, international best practice, upgrading, applied research, comprehensive training of professionals
  • To provide leadership and develop human capital, succession grooming and planning, motivate team of management and professional staff to achieve the expected growth of the business, and maximise educational standard

Person Specifications


  • Bachelor degree with good track record academic, and impressive professional achievements


  • Minimum 5 years experience in the same position or related field
  • Passionate about developing business
  • Must have positive attitude, energetic, self motivation, analytical, and ambitious


  • Use excellent written and oral English and Indonesian skills
  • Ability to build and manage relationship with peers, team and stakeholders
  • Ability to work with multiple priorities manages priorities at the same time and handle unexpected situations successfully
  • Has excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
  • Has the willingness to improve and learn continuously
  • Ability to put in place systems and processes that are effective and efficient and produce quality, timely management information
  • Strong knowledge of business and marketing
  • Ability to maximize the efficiency of resources within the agreed constraint
  • Commitment to ethical professional practice
  • Able to meet work deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
  • Creative, passionate, quick thinking, driven by energy and enthusiasm – coupled with personal warmth and approachability
