  • Recruitment and man power planning
  • People Development
  • Compensation management
  • Coordinate performance management (KPI) activities
  • Liaise with respective government agencies (Disnaker, BPJS, etc)
General requirement are as follows :
  • Bachelor degree in Law / Psychology, graduate from reputable university
  • Have 10 years experience in Hotel,Resort or Tourism
  • Knowledge in employment regulations and policies
  • Able to work underpressure and independent
  • Exellent in English both written and spoken
  • Willing to work in Jogyakarta ( Prambanan )
