1. Responsible for HACCP implementation in working area.
2. The Implementation & The System of HACCP
3. Responsible for a petty cash & Daily sales report
4. Assist Store Manager in operational efficiency cost controlling.
5. Supervise the discipline, hospitality and work performance of Captain, Cashier, Greeter, Server, Bartender & Bushboy
6. SOP Implementation
7. Responsible for Increasing sales based on : Quality, Service Exellence, Cleanliness
8. Ascertain every information listended & communicated well
9. Keep coordinating with Area Manager, Operational Manager, and related departement for every critic and recommendation in operational
10. Responsible for maintain and ascertain of interior and exterior equipment are in good condition and keep coordinating with MRP Department for repairing any damage in accordance with the applicable procedures.
11. Responsible in making staff schedule.
