- Ensure smooth operations and deliver a high quality of service to the clients
- Guide, coach and supervise the team of Guest Relations
- Working closely with the Sales Team
- Liaise with villa owners or managers on guests arrival details and clients' preferences
- Develop wide a range of services: car rental, meal requests, activities, etc.
- Dealing with Customer service feedback/complaint
- Great written English, French is a plus!
- Well-spoken English on the phone
- Customer service oriented and enjoy dealing with people!
- Attention to detail & at ease with numbers
- Computer skills (ability to quickly search for information, typing speed, Microsoft)
- Problem-solving skills & self-driven are essential!
- Strong team player

- 5 days / week (shifts on weekends)
