PROCUREMENT OFFICER

Responsibility:

  • Planning the tender schedule;
  • Checking the tender process;
  • Evaluation and purpose recommended vendor for tender;
  • Analyzing the tender result;
  • Processing the PO / Agreement;
  • Reporting the procurement process periodically;
  • Continuous coordination with internally and user;
  • Improving the procurement process in Technical Procurement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major,from a reputable university with a GPA min 3.0 out of 4.0 scale;
  • A person of integrity who is committed to the highest ethical and professional standards;
  • Strong analytical and able to work under pressure;
  • Excellent communication, integrity and interpersonal skills;
  • Positive self starter, flexible and attentive to detail;
  • Well proven in English (oral and written);
