    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    • Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
    • Advise user on appropriate action
    • Follow standard help desk procedures
     
    Requirements :
     
    • Candidate must possessed minimum diploma/bachelor degree from Computer Science, and  Informatics (IT) (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
    • Computer Literate (MS Office, Internet Application, and database)
    • A Good team player but able to work independently
    • Good interpersonal and Communication skill
    • Customer and Services Oriented
    • Able to manage emotional restrain and capable in handling complaint with empathy
    • Good in listening and problem solving skills
    • Have a Good analytical Skill
    • Willing to be placed in Jakarta / Bandung
