    • Source and Develop New contract business and New Customers for Heavy Equipment Industry for Construction or Other Segment
    • Focus and Search New Customer & Market, also Offer the products to meet customers’ requirements
    • To achieve Sales Target & Develop a sales strategy to achieve company sales goals and revenues
    • Identify Sales Prospect and Plan and Achieve monthly / Annual Sales Target
    • Able to Develop New contract business and New Customers for Heavy Equipment Industry for Construction or Other Segment
    • To achieve Sales Target & Develop a sales strategy to achieve company sales goals and revenues
    • Identify Sales Prospect and Plan and Achieve monthly / Annual Sales Target
    • Customer Visit, Face time to Customer
    • Issue New Quotation to Customer
    • Follow Up Hire On - Hire Off Rental Equipment to Customer
     
    Requirements :
     
    • Bachelor Degree or Any Major with experience minimum 5 year(s) or above for Sales (Trading) for Construction/Heavy Equipment as Sales Manager, specializing in Sales - or equivalent.
    • Has wide knowledge about Heavy Equipment for Construction
    • Maximum Age 28 - 45 Years Old
    • Possess Own Transport with License
    • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
    • Required skill(s): Strong Negotiation, Presentation, Communication, Strong Leadership
    • Mature, analytical mind, result oriented, innovative and possess good interpersonal and leadership skill
    • Computer literate and knowledge in MS Office.
