Our client is an integrated IT company providing on IT services, digital marketing and IT infrastructure for specialized industry such as financial institution. At the moment, they are looking for HR Manager who can focus on learning and people development.
- - Reporting directly to the Operation Director and dotted line to Commissioner
- Develop,implement,and monitor training programs;
- Identifying Training and Development needs within company through job analysis,appraisal schemes and regular consultation with head of departments
- Drawing up a training plan. Designing and expanding training and development programs based on the needs of the company and the individual;
- Managing training budgets.
- Keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevantjournals, going to meetings and attending relevantcourses;
