Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product/market sales strategies for company.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions to meet their needs. Drive profitable growth for company in Indonesia.
- Develop and manage sales network to maximize reach in the Indonesian market.
- Develop detailed account strategies. Activities include information gathering, competitive analysis, strategic planning, identifying the value proposition, sales budgeting, and action plans initiatives and execution.
- Propose and close sales that achieve total revenue growth, profit, and customer satisfaction plans. This includes account planning and specification activities as well as direct sales and distributor development
- Understand, monitor and communicate international competitive threats and opportunities
- Participate in the strategic planning process for the business.
- Play a key role in the annual budget process and manage resources to meet the budget commitments.
- Establish operating procedures and policies for sales.
- Manage all statutory requirements related to sales and marketing (export, import, tax etc.).
