    • Develop lasting relationships with customers in order to maximize revenues for the company.
    • Specialize for corporate customers of national and international market.
    • Respond to customer requests for proposals that include all of our products and services.
    • Able to understand in detail our products and present the knowledge to customers with a strong presentation skill.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
    • Represents Company at trade association meetings to promote product.
    • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
    • Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
     
    Qualifications :
     
    • Bachelor’s Degree.
    • Age maximum 35 years old.
    • Hold A and C driving licenses.
    • Skilled at identifying decision-makers and building strong executive relationships.
    • Ability to provide dynamic presentation.
    • Ability to communicate very well at all levels of our customers
    • Experienced minimum 3 years as Representative Sales and or Corporate Sales
    • Analytical and target oriented
    • Self-motivated
    • Excellent in MS. Office and proficiency in English
    • Based in Jakarta

    Kesimpulan Review

    Pros
    • Terbilang perusahaan baru yang masih berkembang serta sedang berupaya dalam membangun sistem operasi. Kondisi ini menunjukan bahwa perusahaan masih membutuhkan tenaga kerja ahli.
    • Perusahaan yang ada cukup berkembang dan sedang membangun sistem operasi yang baik sehingga jenjang karir sangat terbuka luas dan kesempatannya besar.
    Cons
    • Budaya kekeluargaan terlalu kental di perusahaan membuat ada beberapa karyawan belum bisa bersikap profesional dalam bekerja. Disini juga SDM yang benar-benar ahli masih terbatas.
    • Budaya "keluarga" di dalam jenjang karir perusahaan masih sangat kental sehingga penerimaan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten masih terbatas.
