  • Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm

Job Description : 

  •  Full time position
  •  Ensure proper order management includes bookkeeping, purchase order processing, generate invoices & delivery orders and logistic & shipment coordination
  • Handling incoming and outgoing email
  • Admin support – Proper filing, posting, general office admin
  • Perform any other related responsibilities assigned by manager

 Requirement :

  • Applicable for Indonesian citizen only
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of degree or higher qualification in any field
  • No experience required
  • Salary negotiable
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Only available for male candidate
  • With own transport, preferable motorcycle
  • Able to commence work immediately
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, able to liaise with Chinese speaking is an advantage
  • Computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft office (MS Excel, MS Word)
