Key Roles: Assist the HR Manager in all aspects of HR services company-wide, but have specific responsibilities in the following fields :
- Training needs analysis, scheduling and administering training records.
- Employee grievance handling, counseling and industrial relations issues
- Job Analysis, performance appraisal, career development
Male/female aged max. 30-40 years, the candidates should be at least bachelor degree in any discipline (preferably in law, psychology, business administration), have working knowledge of income tax, good understanding of manpower law ( UU No 13/2003 and related Minister Decrees and circulars) good interpersonal and presentation skills, and public speaking.
