Our RPO business in Indonesia is expanding. We are now looking for candidates to join our business as Recruiters and Researchers to be part of a global leading Talent Management firm.
Showcase your recruitment experience through working within our global leading RPO business as a Recruitment Consultant for one of our newest clients in Indonesia. Using a consultative approach, you will provide expert recruitment advice to the business managers and drive positive business outcomes, while providing excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients either in an on-site or off-site environment. This role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management, customer focus and responsiveness in client facing activity. Recruiters are subject matter experts around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.
Through excellent recruitment and stakeholder management skills you will demonstrate the highest level of ethical behaviour & personal integrity. To be successful in this role you will highlight positive and pro-active communication skills with peers and colleagues, candidates and clients. This will be coupled with generosity of knowledge and experience sharing in order to build effective relationships across the business.
Skills & Experience
- You come with at least 4 years demonstrated background in recruiting at the various levels within an agency or in-house environment. You are someone who is able to clearly identify and assess suitable candidates, understanding their strengths and weakness and then creating immediate impact with your hiring managers, understanding that stakeholder engagement is the key to a successful recruitment solution. Resilient and accountable, you also have the ability to deliver a consistent and professional level of service.
- You are comfortable working in a fast paced and changing environment and adapting your style to work with different candidates and stake holders at a regional level. Sound knowledge of RPO environment would be an advantage but a willingness to learn and drive to succeed is extremely important. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are extremely important.
