    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    • Manage Office Files
    • Type correspondence, reports, and other documents
    • Provide administrative support regarding to undergoing documents
    • Organize and coordinate meeting, conference, and travel arrangements
    • Preparing and Distributing minutes of meeting to related parties
    • Prepare monthly report for petty cash and other claim
    • Being personal assistant to owner
     
    QUALIFICATIONS :
     
    • Age 27-35 years old
    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, secretary Field
    • Good in English, Speaking and Writting
    • Familiar with computer literate
    • Has extensive experience minimum 3-5 in the same position
    • Nice personality and good looking
    • Applicant must be willing to work in Surabaya, Jawa Timur
    • Good to work in fast pace environtment and willing to commit to work
    • Required skill(s): Secretarial Admnistration.
    • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
