  • Administration and analytical skill are required

  • DE must do analyst and decide whether the match name is person or not to avoid create account with different CIF

  • Manage and coordinate the operation in Centralized Liability Account Opening

  • DE uses Eclipse application open the account through SAO module within 4 steps and completed with Debit Card for customer willing to receive it from courier

  • All DE members must have personal account opening list. This is to provide data for welcome letter generation

  • Must able to generate Welcome Letter for account opened

  • Staff must compile all data BMQ and listed in BMQ compile list

  • Issued Tpin on the next day after account opened

  • Ensure unit processes are efficient and effective to achieve high level standard of service to customer and business stakeholder

  • Create conducive working environment within the unit through maintaining open communication

  • Processing all request/maintenance which are received by CLO Liability maintenance which are covering:

    • Liability maintenance for existing customer such as demographic maintenance

    • Financial maintenance (Direct Debit Instruction, Standing Instruction)

    • Opening for Non Individual account

    • Establish cost, compliance and control and quality constrains

 
 
  • Highly motivated people

  • Ability to work multi task accurately

  • Ability to work under pressure and orderly

  • Experience working in a computerizes office environment with Microsoft office

  • Has good Administration, Analytical Skill and conscientious
