    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    • Identify and arrange appointment of new customers / distributors in the Automotive, Tier 1 and Automatic Painting Systems market
    • Support existing customer and distributor based in the Automotive, Tier 1 and Automatic Painting Systems Industry
    • Maintain and expand contacts to the key persons in purchasing and maintenance
    • Presentate company products and technologies including Product Training
    • Handle customer management
    • Design Fluid Handling- and Automatic Painting Systems, Costing, Offering, Contract negotiations and Project tracking together with the AutService and Project Department
    • Implement new market requirements
     
    Requirements :
     
    • Age minimum 25 years old
    • Possess at least three year(s) of experience in the paint industry, experience in technical sales is an advantage
    • Bachelor degree from University in either Business Management or Engineering
    • Fluent English Language capabilities (spoken/written), Japanese language is an advantage
    • Competent knowledge in the application- and painting technology, preferably in the context of the Automotive sector
    • Evidence of sales responsibility and target-oriented work
    • Have negotiation skills at high level in dealing with customers and distributors
    • Have Organizational skills, assertiveness, analytical thinking and entrepreneurial approach
    • Possess presentation and communication skills
    • High degree of initiative and self-motivation
    • Have valid driving license (SIM A)

    Pros
    • Teman satu divisi yang mudah diajak kerjasama serta lingkungan tempat kerja yang dirancang sedemikian rupa agar karyawan tidak merasa stress, membuat suasana tempat kerja menjadi nyaman
    • Perusahaan sudah bagus dalam mengoptimalkan perhitungan upah lembur, sehingga karyawan selalu bersemangat dan bekerja dengan lebih maksimal ketika diberi tugas diluar jam kerja
    Cons
    • Sebaiknya perusahaan harus lebih stabil, baik dalam aspek manajemen ataupun yang lainnya agar dapat menjamin kesejahteraan dan masa depan pegawainya.
    • Meskipun upah lembur sudah baik namun disisi lain gaji pokok serta tunjangan yang lainnya yang diberikan saya rasa masih kurang
