Key responsibilities include:
  • to manage and maintain administrative process related to HR & Finance Head 's activities, including filtering email, highlight urgent correspondence with any departments related
  • to ensure travel and accomodation arrangement are managed effectively
  • to conduct weekly diary meetings regarding upcoming engagements, invitations, and other request required
  • to maintain accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the Vice President
  • to generate Minute of Meetings on general meetings as required
  • to keep filling administration in an effective way
  • to prepare presentations related to budget division
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor from Secretarial background
  • At least 7 years of working experience as Personal Assistant for BOD
  • Excellent communication skill both in Bahasa & English
  • Excellent presentation skill
  • Proactive with great personality
  • Good command in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Powerpoints)
  • Team player
