- Minimal Bachelor degree, majoring Advertising/ Mass Communication (or candidate with different educational background with appropriate experiences).
- Had been acted as Manager for 3 years - handle Event Organizing in advertising agency or brand activation or from the other creative industry (experienced in media is not a must).
- Well-experienced in concepting brand activation activities - event organizing/ campaign/ consumer maintenance, creative, well adaptable in dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
- Understand brand maintenance concept to apply it on ongoing campaign/ brand planning.
- Familiar with brand annual planning.
- Communicative and having excellence negotiation skill.
- Attractive personality.
